I am working in Canada now. I have a valid H4 Visa (as my spouse is working in US on H1B). I travelled between US and Canada multiple times.
Now my H1B visa petition is approved. I have below questions.
1. Can I still enter US based on my H4 Visa?
When we normally enter US, immigration generally ask for petition. Can I show my spouse petition as I am entering on H4? Will there be any problem for my approved H1B petition?
2. if above can be done, can apply for a COS from H4 to H1?
3. If above is not possible, can I at least transit though US to India to get my H1B Visa stamped in India?
Please suggest.
