hello,

Iam working for a company and applied recently for H1. I would like to get my h1 stamped in dec so that i can also get my partner over here. Is it possibleto apply for H4 if i have paysstubs and marraige certificate,photos etc. I will not be having w2 form for this year (i.e w2 form after getting onto H1). I do have w2 forms when i was doing my masters. I heard w2form is also necessary for H4 documentation. Please help me with this so that i can plan ahead. Thanks for your time.

If you have not worked enough to have W2, you can't have one (W2 is issued only once a year in January for previous year's work). And it is still possible to get H4 visa based on pay stubs, employment letter etc.
