Context: I was on h1b ( with approved I-140) working at a big tech but got laid off in June with a garden leave until August. In September first week, I had my wife’s company file an h4 COS and a EAD.by October 3 I switched to academic h1 and started working. My H4 change of status and EAd are still active. I was planning on switching to h4, potentially start a business and apply to more jobs that did not need sponsorship. Given the current circumstances post election, should I just cancel my h4 cos application and continue on h1 or should I go through with my plan of switching to h4 https://omegle.onl/ https://vshare.onl/ ?
