H1b approval notice

I was approved under pp last oct24.. my employer told me there is no approval notice yet. Is this possible 🤔 ?? Also, my case number is ioe***, will the approval notice be sent in soft copy or physical copy 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254?
