Feedback about consultant company

I am looking for an H1B sponsorship and I came in touch with a company Nirvana Enterprises. They are ready to file my case but the visa fees charges will be taken care by myself.

Can you guys please help me with any feedback/information you have on this company? Also, If you know of any genuine H1B sponsor company then please share with me the details.

>>> H1B filing fees should be taken care by the employer. It is illegal if you pay the fees. In case you get cheated, it is very difficult to fight legally to get the money back. Stay away from these kind of employers.

Actually, this is a consulting firm (a company Y) who will place me at a company X. Hence this consulting firm is asking me to pay for visa fees. Do you think there will be some bright chances of getting H1B approved by applying through such kind of firms?

Doesn't mater whether it is a consulting company or not. H1B is an employer's petition and they need to take care of the cost. Paying for H1B by the employee is illegal. Even if the H1B petition gets approved, the chances of H1B visa stamping is less when you try to get it stamped without a proper project in hand. Search and read about posts related to "221g" in immihelp.

Hey guys.....I being through Nirvana.. my visa got approved.....but be prepared to shell out lots of money....cause as far my experience I can say you have to plan for atleast 10000$ before dealing with just companies.....cause they will bill everything to candidate.

Prepare for atleast 10000$ expense...intially they will not tell that.... but they get you visa...
