Hi,
My wife was on H4 and got her H1B in Oct,2009. However she was pregnant and couldn't start working. She planned to start working in June-July however we had to leave US for a year. We are planning to get back to the US in Dec,2011. Will the fact that she did not work while on H1B be a problem when we get back.
We are getting back on an L1A visa and she does not plan to work when we get back.
