Hi,
I am currently on my H1B Visa and working at the client location.My employer is based out of NJ. i have vendor in between my employer and the client. I am working in the same project after completion of my masters and still have the project for some more time. I am planning to go to India this year in the last week of Feb and get my visa stamped in the Hyderabad Consulate. Can you please help me with the following questions
1) Will there be any problem because of c-v-e ?
2)what are the documents needed from the Vendor to avoid any problems with the stamping?
