Dropbox Primary H1 approved but H4 still in ‘Application Received’ status

I did dropbox for my H1 and my wife’s H4 together on November 5th for Chennai, India consulate. On November 15th, the status for H1 changed to Approved but for H4 it is still showing ‘Application Received’ with last updated at date as November 14th. I am checking visa application status at caec website. Anybody had similar experience? Does H4 Dropbox processing take longer than omegle xender H1 even if application is submitted together? What are my options here?

I tried to email the support but got standard reply the visa is being processed.
