Passport stuck in Toronto embassy after stamping

Attended stamping appointment for me (H1B) along with my partner (H4) in Toronto on 7th November. It’s Nov 22nd and we’re still waiting for our passports. Online portal says “approved” on 7th itself, but there’s no change in status after that. We tried emailing/calling, but we didn’t get any information.

Has anyone else faced a similar delay in their passports? What can be donehttps://vidmate.onl/ ?

We’re starting to panic as it has hit 15 days mark now and still there’s no update. Any suggestion is appreciated.
