Indian 28M. I got selected in the H1B lottery this year and have a stamping date scheduled for 20th December in India.
I recently got laid off with my final working date as Jan 5th.
Can I live in India during and past my 60 day grace period, and return to USA on H1B transfer with my next employer, assuming I find a job either during or past my 60 day grace period?
