H1 Transfer

Hi,

I am on H1 with company A and my H1 transfer with company B is approved and my joining date is next week, but now I have another offer from company C and I wanted to go with it, now as I dont have company B's I-797 yet in my hand, can I use I-797 of company A to file me H1 transfer to company C.

Yes. You need to have a valid I-94 for the transfer to get approved.

My I-94 associated with company "A" I-797 is Valid till Dec-2011. Can I use company A's I-797 and I-94 information while filling my H1 transfer with company C, Do I need to mention any where about the H1(I-797,I-94)of Comapny B.

Since you haven't started working for Company B yet, you can use Company A's petition, I-94 and pay slips to transfer your petition to Company C.
