Someone I know (not a friend) works for a consulting company as his full time job. His 2nd job is to shadow for someone else and get 50% of that guy's salary. His 3rd job is to work as a consultant to one of the WITCH companies (he works nights from US). In his words, "I'm minting money, why stop".

Is there a way to report him to USCIS, without any proof of any of this?
