Awaiting premium processing decision - please advise

My case was coverted from regular to premiun processing for h1b extension and was received on the 13th. I received an email from my HR regarding the receipt notice, in which the 13th Dec date was mentioned in the email. https://1921681254.mx/

I checked my status today and it just says converted to premium processing and that the premium clock started on 17th Dec. It doesn't say actively reviewing.

Is this how it is? Please advise.
