only 1 employee, h1b file?

My company is small LLC company, and I am the only employee in the company hired by the CEO of the company. The company is 51% and 49% owned by his wife and him respectively. My question is, will my H1B get secured, if got selected in lottery, regarding the small company? I heard that USCIS asks for RFE for small company, and possibly proceeds for denial, and here, mine is extremely small, just myself being the employee.
