How did you find a company that sponsored your H1B?

As the title states, currently navigating the job market and some job descriptions don’t mention anything related to sponsorship (whether they do or don’t). I’m curious, how was the process like for you? Was it through directly applying? Networking? omegle xender

Honestly? A mix of both. I applied directly to a bunch of places, but the one that sponsored me I found through networking, an old college buddy put me in touch with his manager. Don't underestimate the power of connections
