I lost my job on h1b and its been around 35 days. I want to know if there are some legal ways I can still stay in US even after my 60 days are expired. One of my friend told me about transferring to B1/B2 visa so I wanted to know of it is safe to switch to this visa category and what are the steps in doing that?
