    I have a stamped visa, no US EVL, can I travel to US?

    I am in Canada because my OPT expired. I got my H1B picked up on last draw and I got my Visa stamped in Vancouver. My job is still in Canada because of a temporary org level freeze on hiring. Can I travel to US to take care of some things?
