Location Change with approved I140

Hello,

I have an approved I140 and considering a location change within the same company for the same role. If I do this will I need to file my PERM and I140 again? I know my PD will remain the same regardless.

If I do need to file my PERM and I140 again can I continue to renew my H1B for 3 years based on old I140 and can my spouse continue to work on H4 EAD based on the old I140? 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254

A location change within the same company and role usually doesn't require a new PERM or I-140, but significant changes in duties or a different legal entity would. You can renew your H1B and your spouse can keep their, ksturnpike com H4 EAD based on the old approved I-140, but an I-140 amendment is highly recommended.
