Traveling to India on H2

Hi,

My brother is in US on H1 visa, which is due to expire in 2012.Can his wife(Dependant visa) and child (2yrs,American Citizen) visit India at this time .Will they get stamping done to go back to America

They can of course visit India at any time. If their visa stamp has expired when they want to travel back, they need visa stamping. Otherwise, not needed.
