H1B extension and Greencard

Dear Sir,

My H1B 6 years will end in sept 2012. I am preparing to apply for Labour certification as my current employer has agreed to file for greencard for me.

I have the following qestions:
- How long will it take for labour certification to be approved
- Where can I see the recent processing times in different states for labour certification
- Can I file labour certification in state different from where the employer is?
- What is the cost of GC and H1B extension
