Need Really Urgent Advice

I got laid off in Jan 03, 2025 from Employer 1, and within 60 days, I found Employer 2 and started working for them in Feb 25, 2025. Unfortunately, I find this Employer 2 very shady and I would like to leave this Employer 2 immediately. My question is, will I get 60 days again to find a new employer?

Just for clarity, my H1B transfer for Employer 2 is still in process under Regular processing with the USCIS.

The 60-day grace period applies once per authorized H-1B validity period, so since you already used it after leaving Employer 1, you may not be eligible for another one right now. Since your H-1B transfer with Employer 2 is still pending, leaving before it's approved could impact your status.
