To get my H1/L1-Need Clarification

Hi,

I was graduated in B.Pharm(Hons.) from BITS-Pilani, Rajasthan. I am currently working in a software firm as a technoloogy analyst for the past 4.5yrs in an ERP package. I am a Oracle certified professional as well.

I am planning to get my H1/L1 raised with my company. Would there be any problem with my visa, consulate interview as my base qualification degree is not IT or is pharmacy?

Possible to have RFEs and problems due to heightened scrutiny these days. 10 yrs back, it would have been fine.
