I-94 Ques

Hi All,

My I797 expires on Feb 4, 2010 and my I-94 has expiration date as Feb 14 2010. My company has not filed my extension till date. Which of the above two dates can be considered as the last filing date for extension and expiration of visa.

Did you mean 2011? 2010 Feb is long gone and you are accumulating illegal stay if the extension was not filed already.
If you mean 2011, then it is advisable to file it before Feb 4th 2011 although your status will expire only on Feb 14th 2011.
