H4 Question please guide me

I have a valid H4 visa stamping till Jul 2011, did COS within US to different Visa H1 for "A" company last year and after working for few months left the country and now not interested to work for A, hence planning to return with H4 status,

Is my valid H4 visa with company A valid as I did COS last year and is this visa good to return to the country? or Do i need to go for stamping as my spouse changed the company and got new approval of H1 with B company.

H4 visa is not associated with any country. If the H4 visa in the passport is currently valid, then you can use the same to return back on H4 status.
If you are currently in H1B status and don't have payslips, then you are out of status on H1B and that could create issues with future stamping and at the POE.

Thanks Shervin, I do have pay stubs, as I did COS within US last year, left US few months back and now I am planning to return to US with valid visa date till jul 2011 on H4.
