I got very long RFE, I thought No chances for approval.

Applied: DEC 3, 2010
RFE - DEC 25, 2010
Response: sent Jan15,2011
Approval: Jan25,2011

On Jan25, 2011 got approval Notice.

congrats man...mine the same case..got RFE on 23rd Dec...will besubmitted by 3rd Feb..Dont know wen will it get approved...By the way can I ask why you got RFE ?

Applied with very minimum docs..
RFE was
1. Employer-Employee relationship
2. Client Letter
3. paystubs
4. And some missing from Employer

Hope you also get it, good luck.
try to send ASAP, and ask attorney to make sure justification on RFE.

Mine is slightly different case.My attorney told me that RFE was asking for professional nature of the job, comparing my academic credentials with the minimum position requirements. The attorneys will be filing he evidence which will have a preffesor written evaluation of my credentials


I have a egineering 5 year degree and 3+ work ex and the job is for banking analytics. Do you think I would face any trouble in the petition ?
