H4 Visa Stamping after it has expired

Hi,

My wife had a H4 Visa stamped but expired in Sept 2010 and also she did not travel to USA. Last time we got the stamping done in Chennai.

Q's :

1. Can she go for new H4 stamping in Hyderabad?
2. We stay in Bangalore but would like to go for stamping in Hyderabad? Is that allowed?
2. Does it matter which branch location we take the HDFC Bank receipt?
3. I can see some Visa renewal option if i select Chennai consulate but the same is not coming up if i select Hyderabad option?

4. Is there a difference for H4 renewal or H4 new stamping when a similar H4 is expired 12 months ago?

Yes

Just follow the website form. If it asks about Visa expired in last 12/6 months answer accordingly.

No big difference, it has to do with Consulate's internal proceedings.
