HELP - H4 expiring soon; husband has no H1 extension but can use his EAD

I need some immediate help.

My husband is on H1 but he can't get his employer to file for an extension. He does however have an EAD that he can use but he hasn't used it yet.

He never filed my application for green card because his application is still not current yet.

Now, my H4 expires beginning of March. I cannot get a new H4 because my husband doesn't have an extension. What do I do?

I'm already enrolled in a university while on H4, can I apply for F1 before my H4 expires or is it too late? If I apply for F1, can I stay in the US?

tell ur husband to look for a different job and transfer h1

otherwise like u said F1 is the best
