L2 to H4 visa

Hi,

I am currently in US with my family. I have applied for L2 to H4 change of status in Dec 2010 last week.
Till now I have not received any reply . Does anyone have idea how much time do they take normally ?

2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium.

I have got my H1 visa thru premium processing in 10 days in Nov.
I have applied for H4 in Dec. Do I need to wait for 2-3 months..

Yes. There is no premium for H4. If you got H1B approved in November, then how come it is a COS from L2 to H4? Was your H1B approved as a COS or Consular Process?

H1B approved with COS and I joined on H1 in Jan...then we applied for H4
