My wife has done B.Sc in Chemistry(3 Years) and then did MLT(Medical Lab Technician) Course of 6 months.She is working as a Lab Technicain in a Hospital.Earlier she used to work for a Research company which was USA Based Company.She has got a very good experience about her field.Can she apply for H1 visa from India?

First she needs to find a job in the US. The employer will then file H1 petition for her. With a 3 year degree she will need a credential evaluation showing how her education + experience is equivalent to a 4 year US degree.
