Hi,
I am planning to gather all my documents needed to be submitted to HYD Visa Embassy. I have few questions needed to be clarified.
In Mandatory documents
a) Letter to USCIS-- ( What is this, Who has it, Or is it something that my company has to write on its letter pad, can i have any sample form of how does it look)
b) Client letter or description of internal project and experience letters
What is client letter. Since i work directly for the company i was hired, do my employer need to submit what projects i am handling and how many years i am working with them.
