Termination Notice in 1 week of H1B

Dear Fellows,

I need your help as my employer has giving me the termination notice within 1 week of my arrival and my H1B visa. He has given me a 30 days notice but is he allowed to screw my career and life like this by letting me leave everything in my home country and now giving me notice.

There wasnt any probation period mentioned in his offer.

Find a new employer and file the transfer as soon as possible. Your employer should still pay you for the 1 week you are employed with them. If yu deceide to go back to your home country, they should pay your flight tickets back home.
