Question on First name/Last name in I-797

I just got my H1B transfered to another employer.

My passport First name: ABC XYZ
Surname: Blank

My new I-797/I-194 Name says: (No name given), ABC XYZ
(This is as per my passport)

However my old I-797/I-194 says: XYZ, ABC (surname, first name)

Will this situation ever cause me any issues during my Visa stamping when I visit India?
