Is employer can run less amount payroll than shown in H1B?

Hi,

Intially my employer has given offer letter for $70K PA. But after entering into USA, they ran my payroll for $50k. Is it legal payroll running?

Is any website to know the status of my H1B to know it was active or revoked?

My employer is harrasing me for payroll taxes what he has run for me when i was on bench for 6 months. Is any such rule exist to pay the payroll taxes?

He stopped all my pay checks and not paying me for my service.

What your employer promised you doesn't matter to DOL. They should pay you as per the LCA. They are suppose to give you a copy of the LCA filed with DOL. If they pay you less than what is approved in the LCA, then you can complain to DOL and make them pay. If the LCA is filed only for 50K, then there is nothing much you could do. If the employer is not paying you, then file a complaint with the DOL immediatley and transfer your H1B to a different employer with a copy of the complaint filed with DOL.
