Cancelled without Prejudice against Visa crossed out

Hi,

My H1B was denied and my previous visa(H4) was crossed out with a black pen instead of putting the stamp (Cancelled without Prejudice).
Does anyone know what this means.I am worried if it will affect my stamping further.

I don't think this will affect, unless H1 was denied because of any fraud on your side.
