H1 Visa Stamping...

Hi,

I am in USA and recently moved to a new company and got my H1 Approval.

My Visa with the old company is valid until May 2012 . i am planning to Visit India in 3 months..

Do i need to go for Stamping though i have valid visa upto 2012? I am worrying about the 221(g) forms now a days Consulates are issuing.

No need to go for new H1B visa stamping. Existing valid H1B visa with the new approval notice is enough to re-enter U.S. Search and read the similar posts related to this topic in immihelp.
