H1 Transfer Travel to India in Air France

Hi,

I have recently moved from Company A to Company B. My H1 visa is stamped on Company A and is valid until 2012 and my H1B is transferred successfully by Company B.

I am travelling to India in April in Air France Airline. My questions are

1. Do I have to go for visa Stamping in India for my new Employer?
2. I hear that Air France would object boarding unless we have a valid visa. Will that be a problem for my case as well. (The visa stamping is until 2012 through company A)

1. No, your existing visa is valid with I797 of company B
2. You need a valid visa. Which company does not matter.
