Hi,
With H1B transfer I started working for a new employer(consulting company).Within 2 weeks I lost my project.Fortunately I got another project immediately.Right now I got RFE & USCIS asking for reason for leaving the first project.What should be the safest answer? I am discussing with my attorney but I am looking for best & safest reasons.
Will this incident will impact to the rejection of H1B transfer?
