Hello all,
1.Currently i am on H3 visa which is valid for 18th month. Is there any rule that if i will stay for 18month continuously in US on H3 visa i need to be outside of US for atleast 6 month before seeking re entry on any other type of Visa?
2. If i have employer who will file h1b petition for me on april 1,2011 - On approval of that petition when can i start employement with that employer?
Or Can i start my employement before 1st oct, 2011 after approval of my h1b petition.
Please guide me through this visa procedure. Your guidance will be highly appreciated.
