I am currently working on H1-B visa as software engineer. My current visa is valid until dec 2012.(I have visa stamping for this company in my passport.)
I got an offer from a new company, they filed for my H1B transfer and it's been approved.
Now my question is,
Can I travel outside US and return without visa stamp on my passport from my new employer?
I saw the answer for the same question in FAQ. But, I just to want to make sure, the information is accurate.
