H1 Transfer

Hi All,

My current H1 Stamping is in pending status, one other company filed my H1 Transfer for what I am planning to go for stamping on approval.

1. can i go to US if my existing pending application gets cleared even if H1 on new company is in progress?
2. There is a possibility my client can offer me FT and file my H1, in that case would it be any issue because of my one application in pending and other in progress?

I have one more question.
currently I have pending visa for company A. now company B filed my H1 Transfer processing and its is under progress. meanwhile if company C comes and offers me FT(at this time Company A is pending and Company B is under progress) at this time what should i tell to company C?

whether to transfer my H1 from Company A?

Company C can file a new H1B petition using the CAP from Company A's petition (Give Company C a copy of the approval notice from Company A). Once gets approved, you can go for stamping with Company C's approval notice. If visa gets approved, you can travel and work for Company C.
