H1B visa & online training

Hi,

I am currently outside US and providing some online training to candidates in the US through a peer-to-peer online training site. Though this is freelance, I am not directly employed with that peer-to-peer site. Just that I meet the candidates through that site. I understand that we cannot do freelance in H1B once I reach US on H1B.

Please confirm if I can work under this setup when I am in US on H1B? If not, are there any other options.

You cannot. You can work only for the company who sponsored your H1B when you are in H1B status.

Option: If the other company file an H1B as a CONCURRENT part-time H1B and if that gets approved, then you can work full time for one company and parttime for the other.
