Planning H1 visa stamping in Canada Toranto? Need suggestions.

Here is my situation..

I am on H1 from last four year and stayed with same employer.

I would like to go to India and i need Visa stamping.

Please suggest me which place is the BEST to go get the stamping.. I am sure India is not choice.

Please help me to choose nice place to go and come back quickly.
Canada, Mexico or Bahamas and please suggest me the place too if possible.

Canada - Toronto is very close to me, please refer me if you know any assistance/agents are available to go to Toronto.

I do see that there Mexico Assistance available for Mexico

I would like to know if any assistance available for Bahamas too.


I know i am too many questions, please help me with your suggestions.

India is your safest bet

Canada, Bahamas ...etc are risky. In the past two months detentions for H1B stamping are on an all-time high. I prefer India is the best choice because even if you are stranded , you can at least appeal from your hme country with support. Other countries , it is very risky. Upto to you how much risk you can take.

Problem with India

Thank you very much for your quick suggestion.

I have seen lot of cases in India, the India consulate is finding the reasons to keep the people long time in India.

I have my relative he went for HYD and he stuck, they are saying admin process.

I want to avoid the the trip if i need to attend the India consulate.

My though is, My biggest plus point is i have not changed my Employer. Since i am going for renewal for same Employer it should be trivial.
I have seen people get hard time when they switch Employer left and right.
