Hi…I am on H1B visa since october'09 and working in the same project. I scheduled my interview in India for visa stamping in the first week of March. I am currently in E-V-C model. My employer provided all the documents and contracts between them and the vendor. But my vendor is not ready to provide the contracts/PO's between them and client, but issued a letter that i work with the client through them.Now my questions are
If i get a letter from client that i work for my employer and my employer takes care of everything(payroll, assigning of work etc) for me would that be helpful or would that cause a problem.?
How can i convince the VO if they ask for the contract between employer and client?
If i request my client to include my vendor name and my company name would that be helpful or would i be creating problem myself?
