221g blue slip but Passport striked off in the list of documents to submit

Hi,

I attened for H1B stamping in Chennai, I received 221g - blue slip to submit the additional documents.
In the list of documents to submit, Passport is Striked off. So, I am in confusion whether I need to submit passport or not, along with additional documents? If I did nt submit passport, how the Visa Stamping will be done?

Pls let me know, If any one faced this kind of Situation? or if any one has suggestions to face this situation?

Once 221g gets cleared, they will ask you to submit the passport for stamping. This is not new. However, better check iwth VFS helpdesk to be sure.
