Has F1 visa and H1B pettion but planning to get H4 visa

Hi,

I had F1 visa, after finishing my masters, I got H1B pettion and has worked for more than 2 years. Currently I am in India and planning to get H4 visa stamp. having two visa that is F1 and H1B will I have any problem?

what should I enter the details (DS-160 form) - Previous US Travel Information?

also for the question "Have you ever issued a US Visa?"
DO I need enter the H1B pettion and my employer, salary details or F1 visa details?

Only what is in your passport is called as Visa. H1 petition approval with change of status is not a Visa. So enter accordingly.
Once you leave the US you do not have any status. You can apply for any Visa if you qualify for it.
