Multiple H1B

Hi,

- I have H1B with employee A till 31st, July 2011 and i am working in US since last two years.
- I recently got another Job within US with employer B and H1B got transferred (it was in Post Decision Activity last week).They did a premium processing.
- I later decided to stay with my current employer A and intimated employer B that I will not be joining.
- A couple of days before I had an emergency and had to travel back to India for a 3- week trip and I booked my return tickets on 29th March 2011.
- I just now also verified that my case status with the new employer is in Decision status now (which does not metter anymore I beleive but plz confirm).

Questions:
1) Will there be any problem due to the above situation when i return to US this month end i.e. 29th March 2011?
2) Do i need to intimate USCIS that I travelled to India?
3) Do i need to take any special letters from my current employer A just to be on Safe side?
