221(g) White Form

Hi,

My H1 petition was revoked under 221(g) in year 2006 by Chennai Consulate.
the reason they gave me is that i'm not technically qualified for the Job the in US.
Now Employer wants to file L1, will that have any issues. Please help me on this

No issues because of previous rejection. If you qualify for L1, then you will get it.
