Regarding H1 Transfer

Hi,

I am on H1b right now. I want to change my job and have below queries.

1) my H1b is getting expired on July 2011 and will need to file the extension nearby time. How advisable to change the job at this time because transfer and extension both might go at the same time?

2) Is there any risk of rejection of extension or transfer at this point of time when visa policies are changing frequently.

Extension and transfer can be filed at the same time. No issues.
