Expired L1 to H1 Conversion

Hi,

I am working in US with L1-Blanket Visa. My L1B visa got expired last month, But I have I94 valid for next 2 years. Now my company is applying me for fresh H1 Visa in India. I have a doubt on my application status where it will through the selection process.

Please advise me.
