Hi
I was on h4 visa (valid till 2011 may) and i applied for F1 student visa and at the same time i was blessed with baby, later i thought i cannot do studies with baby. Then, I contacted USCIS and explained the situation,they aksed me to write a letter to cancel the F1 petition and i written a letter to USCIS to cancel my F1 petition. After that i applied for H4 Extension through my Husband Employer (3 weeks back) and 3 days back i got F1 approval. what i am supposed to do? what will be my current status?please,do help me.
